The Butcher Workshop

Steaks are worth to be cooked in a right way. The steak prime cost is always high, and so it is essential to approach steaks preparation accurately. Our chef knows everything about the procedure of preparation, cooking and serving steaks. Elites&Meats is ready to share a unique steak recipe with our customers and provide all information about correct choosing of a right steak, cow breeds, appropriate fattening and beef maturation nuances. The workshop is accompanied with a comprehensive explanation.

The workshop is 3.5 hours long and is conducted by our chef and a sommelier.

 

The Fisherman Workshop

A perfect fish dish implies accurate and simple culinary techniques of preparation, cooking and serving. The workshop includes brief theoretical part about methods of fish meat types, fish breeds, selection tips, quality principles and nutritive seafood aspects. Participants also acquire basic skills of cleaning and splitting fish.
